1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Frozen Products: Eligible for return within 1 day of delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Items: Eligible for return within 6 days of delivery.
  • All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on returning your item.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
